Colorado State University places the utmost priority on excellence and continuous
quality improvement in all areas of the institution – and the Academic Program
Review and Improvement process is essential in our ability to demonstrate both as
well as identify areas of further opportunity.
It is designed to support continuous and systematic evaluation of departmental performance
and encourages action planning that strengthens program quality and impact in accordance
with the role and mission of the University. Simultaneously, it requires a breadth
and depth that support significant organizational learning.
Academic programs are scheduled to complete the review process and submit their resulting
Self-Study to executive leadership and the Board of Governors. This website is designed
to provide the data usually included in that Self-Study. Additionally, there are
resources and information available to help guide you through the process.
Thank you for taking the time to visit and learn more about the program review process.
